A native of Switzerland, Regina Erhart Fasold is fluent in English, German, and French. She lived and worked in various countries throughout Europe before moving to the USA. She is equipped with profound intercultural knowledge and a solid expertise in business, economics, psychology, and the process of change.  Her approach to professional transition, leadership and performance is direct, straight forward and results oriented. Jason Goldberg

 With 15 years of experience in business and technology, Jason has seen firsthand the role that organizational development can play in sustaining a competitive advantage.

Jason brings a broadly informed understanding of the importance of building a consistent culture of innovation and creativity in a number of business contexts. Most recently, Jason started a ground-breaking executive transportation company called GroundFlights where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Along with his team, Jason was responsible for transitioning this concept to a profitable, revenue producing entity within 12 months. Since launching GroundFlights, Mr. Goldberg has secured outside angel investors, signed repeat contracted clientele and recently won the Orlando Chamber of Commerce award for Business Innovation and Growth (BIG) beating out dozens of other companies for this distinction.

Previously Jason spent seven years as the Director of Operations for a technology integration firm in a role that included employee motivation and coaching, business development and marketing planning and implementation and technology service delivery. His efforts in consulting with and building a top-performing team helped to turn what started as a one-man tech shop into a regionally recognized multi-million dollar success.

Mr. Goldberg has provided business and technology coaching and consulting internationally to companies in industries including the financial sector, public and private educational institutions, manufacturing, start-ups and incubator companies, telecommunications firms, hospitals, government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Jason received his Executive Coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida.


  

Robert Spencer

Robert is an experienced facilitator and coach who brings a wide range of experience in communication and leadership strategies. For twenty years he has partnered with companies both large and small developing high performance leadership teams. He has experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, accounting, aerospace, and defense.

 Robert attended Michigan State University where he received degrees in psychology and sociology. Today he lives in Central Florida and is active in ASTD and the local Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys getting away to Western North Carolina mountain country as often as possible. Artistically Robert is a nature photographer and he is currently working on a photo book depicting the four seasons of Western North Carolina.

Robert has witnessed strategic plans fall short of the corporations' needs when not effectively communicated between the C-suite and the people responsible for implementation. Robert utilizes this breakdown as the leverage point for building trust, opening communication, breathing life into the vision and positively impacting the bottom line.

Robert has eighteen years of experience working with government and healthcare providers. As a psychiatric Social Worker he experienced one on one contact with patients and later as a front line leader he learned the importance of tapping into the potential of everyone on the team. Bob is the founder of the Human Development Institute.

Ellen is a business psychologist and executive coach. Her clients range from global corporations in the US and Europe to small privately held and family businesses. She has lead the assessment and coaching components of leadership development programs for senior executives of companies in diverse industries from pharmaceutical and defense to healthcare and financial services.

  

Ellen has her Masters and Doctorate degrees in psychology from St. Louis University. She holds certifications in multiple assessment technologies and serves on the faculty of Mercer Delta's Executive Learning Center. Her professional affiliations include the American Psychological Association and the Association for Consulting Psychologists. She worked in corporate America for 24 years and held various positions in management, sales and human resources.
